2. What data do we process?
Through the assessment form we collect your name, phone number, car make and model, year and, optionally, a comment. When you submit the form, this data is added to a message that opens in WhatsApp for you to confirm and send yourself: we do not store this data on any server of our own before that point.
If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the data you share in that conversation (name, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry).
3. What is the purpose of processing your data?
- Responding to your enquiry or assessment request about our detailing, ceramic protection, PPF or reconditioning services.
- Managing our business relationship if you hire one of our services.
- Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns (Google Ads), only if you accept the relevant cookies in the site's cookie notice.
4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is your consent, given when you voluntarily share your data with us through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email, and when you accept measurement cookies where applicable.
5. Who will your data be shared with?
When you use the assessment form, your data is sent via WhatsApp, whose provider (Meta / WhatsApp Ireland Limited) acts as data processor under its own privacy policy. If you accept measurement cookies, Google (Google Ads) receives aggregated, pseudonymised data for conversion measurement purposes, under its own privacy policy.
We do not share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described here, except where legally required.
6. How long will we keep your data?
Data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or mutual interest, and afterwards for the legally required periods. WhatsApp conversations are kept on your own device and ours according to that platform's retention policy.
7. What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as other rights such as restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions. You can exercise these rights by writing to valoraciones@sw-studio.es, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
